WEAVER, Nate and Jess

Nate and Jess, along with their children Mateo, Amira, and Malakai, serve in Ukarumpa, Papua New Guinea. Nate and Jess support Bible translation by working in the Scripture use and staff care departments. Nate is part of a new initiative called EETrU (Encouraging Existing Translation Use) and works with local pastors and leaders to encourage and support the use of Scripture in the vernacular. His passion is to see people regularly turning to the transforming power of God’s Word in their daily lives! Jess works in staff care and is passionate about supporting and encouraging global workers so they can work and live out of a place of strength instead of weakness. Her goal is to help keep people on the field in a healthy way so they can continue to do the work that God has called them to.
