Craig is from the Vancouver area, but lived much of his childhood in Russia where his family were missionaries. He studied electrical engineering and then transitioned to software development after graduation. Craig was drawn to Wycliffe due to his interest in linguistics and passion for God’s Word. An internship with Wycliffe in Cameroon in 2016 confirmed that God was leading him into a role in Bible translation.
Craig joined Wycliffe full-time in 2021 to work with the software TBTA (The Bible Translator’s Assistant) which is designed to save valuable time in the translation process. He is excited to work with teams around the world to set up and use the software for their particular language so that more people can access God’s Word.
Craig and his wife Sophie currently live in the Vancouver area with their baby daughter Norah.
