Rob and Kara live in Ethiopia, where they have been working with a mother-tongue New Testament translation project. They have three girls, Madelyn, Charlotte, and Tessa.
Since 2016, Rob has been the programs director for Bible translation services, Scripture engagement and digital media work conducted by SIL, one of Wycliffe’s key field partners, in Ethiopia. Rob is thrilled to be focused on partnering with local churches and ministries in Ethiopia, as they take the lead in identifying Bible translation needs and ownership in translating and engaging with the translated Word of God.
Kara is involved with Madelyn and Charlotte’s school and other member care ministries in Addis Ababa. Rob and Kara have been members of Wycliffe Canada since 2012.
